Full Ticket is an iOS app for looking up UK vehicle MOT test history. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
When you search for a vehicle, the app sends the registration number to the DVLA MOT History API to retrieve publicly available MOT test data (make, model, test results, mileage, defects, and recall status). This data is stored locally on your device for your search history and garage. It is not sent to any other service.
The app can use your camera to scan vehicle number plates using on-device text recognition. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded anywhere. If you choose to save a vehicle image, it is stored locally on your device.
With your permission, the app can send local notifications to remind you about upcoming or expired MOT tests. These notifications are scheduled on your device. No remote push notification service is used.
The app can analyse MOT defect trends using Apple Intelligence, which runs entirely on your device. No vehicle data is sent to external AI services for this feature.
Vehicle registration numbers are sent to the UK government's DVLA MOT History API to retrieve test results. This service is operated by the UK Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. Their privacy policy is available at gov.uk.
The app uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions through Apple and may collect an anonymous device identifier. No personal information is shared with RevenueCat. Their privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
All app data (search history, saved vehicles, images, preferences, and notification settings) is stored locally on your device. There are no user accounts and no cloud sync. Uninstalling the app will delete all stored data.
The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
